Nox Cookie Bar provides fresh, warm cookies, desserts, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, espresso drinks and other beverages to businesses, residences, and students in the San Jose and Campbell California areas. In January 2018 we opened our first retail store located in downtown San Jose and in 2022 we added our second store in Downtown Campbell, CA. Unfortunately in 2023 we closed our San Jose location due to structural repairs being done on the building and we consolidated all of our operations into our Campbell store. We continue to serve Campbell and parts of San Jose from the Campbell store. We are proud of our product and our service so if something is not right we will do our best to fix it. The Cookies

How big are the cookies?

The Signature Nox Cookie is BIG – about 4” in diameter. The small cookies in the NoxBox are smaller but still a good size – about 2” in diameter.

What is a NoxBox

The noxbox is 12 small cookies packaged in a go-anywhere box. This is great for delivering as a gift, or for snacking throughout the day.

What ingredients/allergens are in your cookies

We use butter and eggs in all our cookies. Our Peanut Butter cookie is the only cookie with nuts, and there are also nuts in the Brownie. However, due to the facility and baking process all products may come in contact with nut products.

Are there any preservatives in your cookies?

We use fresh ingredients and there are no added preservatives. Our cookies are best enjoyed when they are delivered warm but they are still plenty tasty 3 days later. For best results store cookies in an airtight container or bag and keep in a cool location.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
- Our delivery zone captures Campbell, neighboring cities including parts of San Jose, California. If you are outside the delivery zone and have a large order please contact us at yum@noxcookiebar.com or phone to discuss delivery. Alternatively please contact one of our delivery partners for immediate delivery. Our menu can be found on the DoorDash, UBEReats, Grubhub and EZCater platforms.
How long does a delivery take

Many factors such as size of order, number of orders in the queue, delivery distance, and traffic will impact the delivery time, however, we strive to serve every order within 30-60 minutes.
If a specific delivery time is required it is best to order in advance and specify the date and time in the Additional Information form at Checkout.

Can I schedule a future delivery

Absolutely! This actually helps us ensure you get great cookies at the time you need them. You can specify this as part of the On-Demand Delivery, or for shipping orders please tell us in the Special Delivery section of the Shipping/Delivery Address Form, or in the Additional Information form at Checkout.

Is there a minimum order size for delivery?

The minimum size for any order is $10.00.

Is there a delivery fee?
- There is a delivery fee which is charged by the delivery service and calculated at check out.
What if I’m not around when the delivery arrives?

You can leave us special instructions during your order checkout indicating where you’d like us to leave your package. .

I’m outside of your delivery area, how can I get cookies delivered to me?

If you have a large order please contact us at yum@noxcookiebar.com or phone to discuss delivery. Alternatively please contact one of our delivery partners for immediate delivery. Our menu can be found on the DoorDash, UBEReats, and Grubhub platforms.

Payment

What methods of payment do you take?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit, debit, and gift cards. For corporate customers with recurring orders we can establish an account and invoice you monthly.
Are there discounts?
- There are volume discounts for the Cookies and the Nox Boxes.
Do I need to tip my delivery driver?
- Our drivers are very appreciative of any tips they receive. Please do so at your discretion. The delivery fee for your order helps to offset the cost of getting your order to your doorstep and is not a tip.
Is the site secure for my credit card?
- Our hosted eCommerce site is 100% PCI Compliant. We do not store your credit card information and all transactions are conducted through secure connections with Virtual Merchant, our merchant services processor.

How do I set up an account?

You can enter your information on the Sign Up page, or on the My Cart page

How do I place an order?

Go to the Order page, select either Delivery, Shipping, or Catering and follow the prompts. Alternatively for scheduled orders you can email us with your desired information or call us at 669-273-9216 and we'll take your order over the phone.

Can my information be saved for my next order?

Absolutely! Your account information and ordering history is retained.

General

When are you open?

We are open and will deliver 7 days a week starting at 11:30am. We close every night at 11:00pm!

I placed my order but I need to change it?

If your cookies have not yet been packaged for delivery we will do our best to help you. Contact us at support@noxcookiebar.com

How can I order as a gift and have it delivered to a different location?

You may order under your own account and establish a different shipping address for the order. Please make sure the recipients name and phone number are listed.

Do you have a loyalty program?

At this point we do not have this in place.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Our store is located at 422 E. Campbell Ave., Campbell CA 95008. In addition to our great cookies we also offer ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, cheesecake poppers, lemon bars, brownies, Vegan and Gluten Free desserts, espresso drinks and other beverages at our store. What is a Nox?

Nox is the Latin word for night, and is used to emphasize our late night service.
